Our home base is Woodland Hills, and most of our project radius is 25-30 miles from there - which covers essentially everything from Pasadena through the Westside through the entire San Fernando Valley.
Across LA we've delivered kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, detached ADUs, second-story additions, full custom homes, and commercial TI work. Every project runs through the same design-build process: fixed-price proposal, dedicated PM, weekly updates, one-year workmanship warranty.

- How far from Woodland Hills will you travel?
- About 25-30 miles is our comfortable radius. We regularly work Pasadena, the Westside, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Santa Monica, Encino, Studio City, and the entire Valley. Beyond that we'll still quote but may have to factor travel.
- Do you work on the Westside?
- Yes. Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Culver City are all within scope. We understand the separate permit jurisdictions and HOAs that apply.
- Are you licensed in California?
- Yes. We're a fully licensed California general contractor, bonded and insured. License details are available on request.
- Do you handle commercial work?
- Primary focus is residential design-build, but we've delivered commercial TI and small mixed-use projects. Reach out with your scope and we'll let you know if it's a fit.
