Ventura County covers a lot of ground and a wide range of housing - the suburban tracts of Simi and Moorpark, the estates of Thousand Oaks and Camarillo, the equestrian properties around Somis, and the older coastal stock in Ventura. We've delivered projects across all of these contexts.

Each Ventura County city has its own building department: Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Moorpark, Ventura, plus the unincorporated county overseen by Ventura County Building & Safety. We know which office owns which address and handle permits accordingly.

If you're outside our standard 25-30 mile radius (most of the western county past Camarillo qualifies), we'll still quote but factor travel into the proposal. Inside the radius, pricing is the same as our LA-side projects.

Are prices the same as LA-side projects?
For projects within our standard radius, yes. Beyond that, travel is factored in - we'll be transparent about what that adds to the proposal.
Can you build on agricultural / equestrian-zoned property?
Yes. We've built on equestrian and rural properties in Somis, Moorpark, and the Conejo Valley horse-property zones. Setback rules and barn / accessory structure ordinances are part of the scope.
